Terms and Conditions for Resellers

Damages & Defects:

  • Every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch for any defects to avoid unnecessary hassles & costs.
  • Resellers & their Buyers are required to make an opening video of the product. Check opening video guide in our FAQ section.
  • Complaints will not be entertained without Opening Video of the Parcel.

Return & Exchange Policies:

Return or Exchange facility is only available in case of Wrong or Damaged Product delivered. TAFA offers a 7-day return policy to our customers. Please go through the pointers mentioned below:

  • You need to mail us at [email protected] to put a return/exchange request for any item within 3 days from the date of delivery-
    • mentioning your order number;
    • attaching the box opening video;
    • attaching clear image/s of the item/s
    • attaching clear image/s of the shipping label (affixed on top of the parcel).
  • Your claim will be approved only after proper verification of your details by our support team.
  • We will arrange pick up within 24 hours of your claim acceptance. Please keep the parcel ready in its original packaging. The shipping label should be intact.
  • In case we can repair or exchange the item - we will ship it again to you and bear all the forward shipping charges.
  • In case we cannot repair or exchange, we will issue refund.
  • All return refunds will be initiated only in the form of either Coupons or Monetary Refund, which will be sent out to you via email within 48 hours of us receiving the returned product.
  • All return Coupon/Exchange/ Monetary Refund will be issued only after our Quality team approves receipt of the product.
  • All Coupon codes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on TAFA Reseller App.

Shipping Issues & Tracking:

  • We try to choose the best courier for your shipping location & work with major couriers like xpressbees, shadowfax, delhivery, Shree Maruti, Trackon, India Post.
  • Tracking link is provided over email and sms with all details to track the parcel & after that its your responsibility to track It & follow-up with the courier company.
  • In case of delay, kindly contact us at +91 9038385083 and we will escalate your request to courier company & ask them for the delay reason. But kindly do not hold us responsible for any such delay. Courier company policies are not in our hand.
  • We'll only be responsible if the parcel is misplaced by courier partner (after they confirm it) & we'll send you a fresh parcel if the parcel is lost.

Removal & Blacklist:

  • We put in a lot of effort in making new products & getting everything done systematically & we expect some support from Reseller who work with us.
  • Resellers who don't have even a single order in a month are marked as inactive & removed from our Broadcast list. They'll still have access to our catalog which is regularly updated & they can take orders using old updates & catalog. We'll add them again for updates after 2 Orders in a working month.
  • Resellers misusing our images to promote other's product, sending it to our competitors for price comparison or copying our designs or submitting a fake opening video will be Blacklisted permanently .
